How to use:  

Before showering, use on dry skin. Brush upwards in long, smooth strokes along the limbs and in gentle circular motions on the torso and back. Apply light pressure on sensitive areas such as the abdomen, breasts, and neck.

A few overlapping strokes per area are sufficient. Avoid excessive pressure and do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Not suitable for use on the face
