Refund policy

Overview

At Clinique Allure, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in the same condition as received
  • with all tags attached
  • in original packaging
  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or missing parts not due to our error.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at:

Once your request is reviewed, we will send:

  • a return approval
  • a return shipping label (if applicable)
  • instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  •  incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

We may request photos or videos to assess the problem quickly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • custom or personalized products
  • perishable items
  • personal care/beauty items
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • gift cards
  • sale or discounted items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item:

  1. Complete a return for the original item
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and better availability.


6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason.

The item must still meet the return conditions:
unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • this typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
